Shipping and Returns/Refunds
All shipping times begin AFTER PRODUCT FULFILLMENT (printing & packaging), which usually takes 6-12 business days. This time has been extended due to COVID-19. Some orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Be sure to review your order and shipping address carefully to ensure that there are no added delays in production or delivery.
*Please note that sometimes items from the same order won't be sent together, as we work with multiple manufacturing facilities and not all items are produced in the same location.
You will receive a shipping notification complete with tracking information via email or text message when your order has been processed and shipped out.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order, please email us at email@example.com. If you do not submit a claim within 4 weeks of your order date, we can NOT issue a reimbursement in the case of lost items due to an error made by the carrier.
