Please review your order BEFORE purchasing (including sizing and shipping times) to ensure accuracy. Once it is printed and shipped, we cannot correct/change it. If it has been more than 4 weeks since you placed your order, please email us at support@ok2bapparel.com. If you do not submit a claim within 4 weeks of your order date, we can NOT issue a reimbursement in the case of lost items due to an error made by the carrier.
