At OK2B Apparel, every item is made with care and produced just for you. Because of this, we do not offer traditional exchanges, returns, or refunds.
However — we absolutely stand behind your order and will make things right if something goes wrong.
What We Do Cover
If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we’ll take care of you:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit
📩 Email us at: support@ok2bapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Order Accuracy Matters
Please double-check:
- Your shipping address
- Your size selection
- Your item(s)
Once your order is placed, we begin production quickly, and we are unable to make changes after processing begins.
Shipping & Processing Times
Each item is made to order.
- Processing time: 6–10 business days
- Shipping time: Up to 2–4 weeks (U.S.)
- International orders may take longer depending on location
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
If Your Package Is Delayed
If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Please note:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your order date
